Industry-Experienced EAP Providers

An Employee Assistance Program (EAP) from Gryphon Psychology provides on-call professional counselling for your employees and their families to help resolve any personal or work-related problems.

With our industry experience, we can tailor an EAP package to suit your organisation’s needs, locations, workforce and budget.

Employees talking to a counsellor at an early stage can often prevent a relatively minor concern developing into a major problem.

Our Operations Manager and Clinical Manager manage the EAP to ensure smooth running with your company’s policies and processes.

Gryphon Psychology’s EAP Counselling Services are:

  • Typically short term in nature and are solution focused

  • Confidential (counsellors are bound by the National Privacy Principles Act (2000) in respect to an individuals privacy. Information will not be provided to employers without consent, unless there is a serious risk involved.

  • Voluntary (and can be accessed by self referral)

  • Funded by the employer group

  • Accessible across Australia and Internationally through the Gryphon comprehensive affiliate network

  • Available for employees of client companies (and where the contract covers) for immediate family members also

How do employees access our EAP?

  • An employee or an immediate family member can contact Gryphon Psychology directly on the 24 hour number (1800 056 076) to make an appointment with a Gryphon counsellor in their local area. 

  • Appointments can also be requested via this website or via our App. 

  • Appointments are available face to face or via telephone or video counselling. 

  • For urgent situations Gryphon Psychology can provide same-day appointments or telephone counselling.
