Our Better Sleep Program seeks to provide more intensive support through the cognitive behavioural therapy insomnia (CBT-I) model to assist in increasing the level of sleep hygiene and management of insomnia. Participants complete a personal sleep diary and undertake a self-assessment which is monitored over 5 sessions.
